SISU

Sisu is a movie about Aatami Korpi, a mortal who refuses to die. Jalmari Helander sets the movie at the end of World War II, when survival is the only challenge. Korpi is an all-inclusive one-man army that fights Nazis on land, water, and air. The plot is plausible and keeps the audience gripped even when the entire movie lacks comprehensive dialogue. It is the personification of the atrocities of war and their effect on human psychology.
