The 39-year-old Ella Patel is buried deep down by the guilt of not having children, thanks to the constant mongering of friends and family. In order to fix things right, she signs up for a research trial to attempt to correct her biological clock, which appears to be malfunctioning.

The movie is a satire on societal hypocrisy; a predicament of maternal horror. “Clock” investigates how far society will go to make women perform their so-called traditional roles.
