National Cinema Day 2023: Movie Tickets to Cost Just Rs. 99 on October 13
This year’s National Cinema Day will include a significant price reduction. In honour of the many box office triumphs we’ve had so far in 2023 and to encourage cinema attendance, movie tickets will be just Rs. 99 per entrance on Friday, October 13. Over 4,000 participating movie theatres, including well-known brands like PVR Inox, Cinepolis, Movie Time, City Pride, and more, will host the event. The official websites have not yet been updated, but the Multiplex Association of India (MAI) guarantees that they will do so in the near future.”This special occasion brings audiences of all ages together for a day of cinematic bliss, celebrating the incredible success of multiple films at the box office this year,” MAI stated in a prepared statement. It’s a sincere “thank you” to everyone who attended the movies and an open welcome to everybody who hasn’t been back to their neighbourhood theatre. Due to certain reported stakeholders who wanted to make sure Brahmstra achieved a respectable profit before the movie event started, a similar delay occurred the previous year. It’s still unclear if the price includes GST and any additional internet costs that online ticketing sites like BookMyShow could charge. The event’s official website also includes sporadic images from
