Karisma revealed a glimpse of Kareena’s birthday cake in the following image. Golden balls and candles were used to embellish the black cake. ‘Our Jaane Jaan Happy Birthday’ was inscribed on it. The premiere of Kareena’s movie Jaane Jaan fell on her birthday.
